Fresh Salmon at BST Speaks for Itself

At Boston Sword & Tuna we take real pride in our products, which is why we chose to offer strictly Norwegian Atlantic Salmon. Norway has long been considered a pioneer in the seafood industry, which is why we went to the icy fjords surrounding the island of Froya in northern Norway, where we formed a partnership with a select group of farmers who pay the extra attention to detail that is critical to producing the highest quality Atlantic fresh salmon.Fresh Salmon

Fresh Salmon is the Only Way

Anyone who has tried our fresh salmon from Norway knows that the product quality speaks for itself, and it's about as consistent of a product as you can get in the seafood industry. We offer the exact same product year round, and our customers can expect the same superb quality month-to-month. Alongside the plentiful supply and product consistency, we sell a custom D-Trim fillet that leaves only 100% meat and truly stands out in any fresh salmon case. We also offer an E-Trim fillet that takes it a step further and removes the skin as well. Finally, do all the pin-boning in house to further ensure product quality.

BST Norwegian Salmon is available in a variety of options to meet our customers needs. We offer it as a whole fish, filleted (D-Trim), filleted (E-Trim), Organic, and individually portioned in air-tight Tray Packs ready for grill / oven. The Tray packed items can even come pre-seasoned so that literally all you have to do as an end consumer is cook the fresh salmon. Give us a call today to learn more about this praised product!

Michael J. Scola

While earning his degree in business, Michael spent summers and winters working the floor at Boston Sword & Tuna and learning the seafood business from the ground up. As a fifth-generation fishmonger and handled different species, lumped sword and tuna, sorted through vats of haddock and cod, broke down salmon cases, graded the fish, and more. During this time, Mike was a veritable sea sponge, learning from the most-experienced seafood professionals in the game while acquiring the tools needed to be successful in this gritty industry.
