The Salmon Burger division is our newest venture, which started in September of 2020. We have invested in the newest REISER VEMAG Patty forming machine available in order to produce our very own burgers in house. Using the highest quality Norwegian Perfekt Salmon, we have created one of the best salmon burgers on the market!
Our signature burger is made with roughly 98% salmon and just a few spices, allowing this burger to be sold as gluten free, soy free and dairy free. These burgers are sold frozen and can be packed retail ready for any customer!
